eciConstruction is committed to preserving the environment! We offer LEED-certified “green” sustainable construction as an alternative method to traditional construction practices.
LEED (Leadership in Emergency and Environmental Design) is a certification given to buildings that take action toward conserving and recycling resources. Conversing and recycling resources like water, electricity, and materials can reduce a building’s carbon footprint.
Additionally, LEED credits are given to demolition projects that repurpose materials that would end up in a landfill.
Generally, sustainable buildings utilize low flush toilets, rainwater recycling, low voltage lighting, lighting tubes, and computer-controlled electricity. .
