Country Meadows – York West Community

eciConstruction is proud to have worked on the York Country Meadows. This design-build project incorporated architectural elements to join three existing care buildings with a dining and administrative addition. The octagon-shaped connector utilized steel and timber framing to create a three-story cathedral ceiling. The main entrance included an arched portico drive area for client vehicle access. The project exterior included stone veneers, EIFS, and a standing seam roof. Completing the 11,000-square-foot connector allows the Phase II renovations to continue, adding personal care apartments and social service spaces. The combination of additions and renovations will yield over 106,000 square feet of the under-roof building and accessibility. york country meadows
