Windsor Township Public Works Facility
eciConstruction is proud to have worked on the Windsor Township Public Works Facility in York, Pennsylvania. Construction on the project included a 28,340 square foot pre-engineered metal building for the Public Works Facility and a 7,680 square foot wood framed salt storage building. In addition, the Public Works Facility includes indoor parking for up to 22 township vehicles, two bays for vehicle repairs with an overhead engine crane, a wash bay area, offices, storage rooms, a storage mezzanine, restrooms, and locker rooms. Architectural features include, split faced masonry walls, metal wall panels, VCT flooring, standing seam metal roofing, aluminum framed windows and entrances, sectional overhead doors, ceramic tile walls and floors in the locker rooms/restrooms, and acoustic ceilings in the administration area.
