Winding Hill Business Park

eciConstruction is proud to have worked on Winding Hill Business Park in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. This 39,730-square-foot office/educational facility is actively used by the University of Pittsburgh. The building was constructed with interior and exterior metal stud infills and interior dry wall finishes. The exterior finishes of the building are brick veneer with cement plank siding along with two story curtain walls that provide natural lighting and a view of the surrounding area. The building layout is set up with office/classrooms along the exterior perimeter of the building to allow the center section to have large open areas divided by folding portions forgroup instruction and conferences. . .
