Verber Family Dentistry

The Verber Family, Dentistry / Catskill Properties building, was a design-build project. The building consists of the ‘left side’ office building, erected in the 1970s, and the ‘right side’ house, a 1940’s era two-story home. The design-build project brought both buildings up to code, which included a center entry lobby and a new elevator.

The elevator can access both structures, which have four-foot differences in floor elevations.

The project also included the expansion of the first-floor dental practice and the addition of new surgical suites, a new entry lobby, a reception area, and exterior patios with a view of the creek below.

Along with the overall reconditioning of the two buildings, new windows, roofing, exterior E.I.F.S., stone veneer, aluminum features, and glass entry walls were included. The rear hill of the property was defoliated to allow tenants on the north side to have an unobstructed view. . .
