Country Meadows – York South Community

eciConstruction is proud to have worked on the Country Meadows, York South Community, Pennsylvania. This design/build project incorporated architectural elements to join three existing care buildings with a dining and administrative addition. The octagon-shaped connector utilized steel and timber framing to create a three-story cathedral ceiling. The main entrance included an arched portico drive area for client vehicle access. Completing the 11,000 square foot connector builds on the renovations eciConstruction completed in Phase II, adding personal care apartments and social service spaces. The combination of additions and renovations ultimately yielded over 106,000 square feet of under-roof building and accessibility.

The renovations and additions to this site were accomplished while the campus was occupied with minimum impact on the residents.
