Joint Bio-Medical Research – Fort Detrick

eciConstruction is proud to have worked on the Joint Bio-Medical Research for Fort Detrick in Frederick, Maryland. Currently, the 22,000-square-foot building is pending LEED Certification. The building was built for the United State Army Corps of Engineers. Construction on the project included their administrative facility, UPS system, fire sprinkler, stormwater regional pond, site utility relocations, loading dock, special foundations, and building information systems. The building includes an open 3-story inner hallway, allowing natural light to the inside offices.
