eciConstruction is proud to have worked on Harbaugh Thomas Public Library located in Biglerville, Pennsylvania. This 2 million dollar project consisted of a new 2-story 12,134 square foot building with a steel frame structure, pre-manufactured wood truss roofing, and concrete masonry foundations. The exterior consists of brick veneer, aluminum-clad wood windows, and asphalt shingles. Interior renovations consisted of painted gypsum drywall, painted wood trim, painted wood doors, acoustic paneling, drywall ceilings, carpeting, ceramic tile, VCT, and sheet vinyl flooring. . .
