eciConstruction is proud to have worked on Gaudenzia Inc located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. This 14,000-square-foot, three-story drug, and alcohol rehabilitation center will house 12-16 clients in a residential setting. The building is primarily of wood with masonry and cement board veneer on the exterior surfaces. The center features a lobby entrance, client dormitory rooms with private bathrooms, a community laundry mat, a dining area, and recreational facilities. Site development involved building into a steep slope with wetland protections and a stream crossing for utilities. Additionally, several retaining walls and a masonry dumpster enclosure was included. The total duration of the project was 11 months. Gaudenzia Inc
