Bruster’s Ice Cream

eciConstruction is proud to have worked on the Dillsburg Bruster’s Ice Cream Shoppe. The 600-square-foot modular unit was set by eciConstruction.

All ice cream ingredients are purchased, and their ice cream is made on-site and served to their customers. With this method, Bruster’s can have customer participation in discovering flavors and even personalizing these flavors. Southpaw Inc., the owners of Bruster’s, was pleased that eciConstruction could meet their accelerated schedule, allowing them to open earlier than initially anticipated. While the modular unit does not have indoor seating, the site is constructed to allow patrons to use outdoor tables.
