Bloomsburg USPS

eciConstruction is proud to have worked on the Bloomsburg USPS located in the downtown historical section of Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. The building was constructed in the 1940s, and maintaining it’s historic appearance was important to the postal service and local historians. The project consisted of removing all the original wood trims on the exterior of the building and replacing them with 3,215 lineal feet of matching fypon materials. Work started under the watchful eye of the historical board, with their offices located directly across the street from the post office. Throughout the project eciService worked closely with both the United States Postal personnel and board members of the historical society. After renovations were finished, the building was complimented for restoring the building with historical accuracy.
