New Hope Ministries Groundbreaking

The 2016 Farmer’s Fair weekend was the official groundbreaking for New Hope Ministries’ new Dillsburg office. Bill Eichelberger attended on behalf of eciConstruction, and 2016 Farmer’s Fair Queen Lexi Hunter was also seen wielding a shovel.
