Exeter Township Bus Maintenance Facility
eciConstruction has begun working on the 7,765 square-foot Exeter Township Bus Maintenance Facility in Reading, Pennsylvania.
The pre-engineered metal building will include staff offices as well as a training room. The finished project will feature four mechanics bays with one vehicle lift system, a wash bay with a “Wash Bot” washing system, parking for buses, and a staging area around the building.
The façade of the building will include a split face CMU wainscot, wall panels, and an insulated metal roof. The building will also have ten overhead doors for buses to enter the interior shop areas.
