Southern Columbia School District
The Southern Colombia High School project consisted of extensive commercial additions and renovations to the existing structure. One of the additions was a 21,869 square-foot gym featuring a full regulation basketball court, lobby, locker rooms, and concession stands. The other addition was a 21,977 square-foot classroom wing, including two-story classrooms, science rooms, and a computer room.
Renovations also included a 2074-square-foot cafeteria expansion with a walk-in freezer and kitchen storage room, a total renovation of the administration wing, a new rubber running track, and a total site redesign. The site redesign included a new entrance from Route 209, new curbing and paving, and a new underground stormwater drainage system.
